Goslings Hatch - a sure sign of spring

The goose who was sitting on a nest on the pond by
our house hatched out her new family yesterday. Daddy
goose had spent most of his time sitting on the roof
of our barn overlooking the mom on the nest. The two
geese perched on the roof in the picture below are
just passing through.
