Pictures from Big Sky Fiber Arts Festival hat making class

The Big Sky Fiber Arts Festival in Hamilton, MT was bigger and better than ever this year. The festival moved back to the Ravalli County fairgrounds which was a big improvement. The vendor building was great. My hat making class was in the arts and crafts building on the fairgrounds and my talented group of students managed to finish their hats in one afternoon - a rather amazing feat for a first effort. I really enjoyed teaching a hatmaking class at the NwRSA conference in Coeur d'Alene this past weekend. The North Idaho College provided a lovely setting for the fiber fun and fellowship. Class members Marvina, Dixie, Sandra, Linda and Joanne did a great job on their hats.
