Calving Update

With 16 new calves we are just about halfway through
calving. So far our herd is reinforcing our belief
that smaller is better for calving ease and vigor.
Here is Phoebe's new heifer calf - just a few hours old.
No #91 is a dandy bull calf. Great marketings and will be registered as a half-blood Lowline.
#5 has great markings - her mom is registered half-blood Lowline and her sire is our small White Park bull.
Here's Electra with her bull calf - the lighter marked calf. Rosie (red and white) is expecting her second calf any day. Of course, I'm hoping for a heifer.
